For the everyday afterlife explorer such as myself, Bruce Moen's book "Afterlife Knowledge Guidebook: A Manual for the Art of Retrieval and Afterlife Exploration" ( Paperback – May 20, 2005) is essential reading.
One of the most important topics he discusses is about belief systems and how they hinder our progress to see clearly and experience realities beyond our normal beliefs. While re reading it, I realised I'd developed a new belief system that was hindering my further exploration. Seeing as I had found it relatively easy to make contact, I thus started to feel it wasn't true and doubted myself.
My new belief system was 'Because it was so easy, it can't be true".
On deep investigation I found that to be the exact opposite. Now I can do away with that belief system and keep going deeper.
